    Diamond A's Petite Tender weighs 1.3  pound and is priced at $10.00 per pound, making this an affordable filet like option. 

  • The petite tender comes from a small muscle similar in shape to the tenderloin located in the upper part of the chuck portion of the calf.  It is located near the flat iron steak and not to be confused with the chuck mock tender which is a different cut entirely.
