Deposit for a Side of Beef :
 
Buying a side from Diamond A Ranch Beef is quite simple. Our sides (or half a cow) will weigh approximately 250 pounds of boxed individual cuts priced at $12.00 per pound. This deposit secures your order. The Final payment invoice will be emailed to you after the meat is boxed and weighed, and will be due prior to pickup at the Diamond A warehouse in Dime Box, Texas.
 
How much freezer room will I need for a side?
You can plan on needing around 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space for a side of beef.
 
How do I transport my side?
 
Your side of beef will be frozen solid and tightly packed in heavy cardboard boxes. These boxes are ideal for transporting your beef from our warehouse to your home. We suggest you transport the boxes in an air-conditioned portion of your vehicle, and if traveling more than 3 hours, cover with a heavy blanket to provide some insulation.
