who like to keep their freezer full of a variety of Diamond A Ranch Beef cuts!
What cuts are included in a Side or Quarter?
You should expect to receive: Boneless Ribeyes, New York Strips, and Tenderloin Filets. Chuck Roasts, or Chuck steaks - Flat Irons, Chuck Eyes, and Denvers. Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Bavette, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak. Picanha, Tri Tip, and Brisket. Tenderized Round Steak or Cutlets, Eye of Round Roast or Rump Roast. You could also get other cuts including Bone-in Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Osso Buco, or possibly a Hanger Steak. Plenty of our Premium Ground beef.
*The amount of each cut will be determined by the size of the steer harvested.*
What is the Price of a Side or Quarter?
These packages are priced by the total number of pounds of retail cuts you take home with you.
The price per pound is $7.50. We expect our Sides to weigh 240-260 pounds and Quarters to weigh 120-130 pounds. You will receive a printed inventory of the number of all cuts and their weights.
How to order a Side or Quarter?
To order please select the option Side or Quarter from the buttons below.
A down payment is required in the amount indicated. For a Side, we require a $950 down payment, with the balance due upon completion of your order. For a Quarter, we require a $475 deposit, with the balance due upon completion of your order. *Deposits are non-refundable.*
Final invoices will be sent by email after your order is weighed and inventoried.
Payments are expected prior to pick up.
Where do I pick up my Side or Quarter?
Due to the volume of boxes and weight, customers should expect to pick up their orders at our warehouse in Dime Box, Texas.
*Your beef will be packed in large cardboard boxes that will be easy to transport inside your vehicle.
*We recommend keeping the boxes out of the sun and wind to maintain the quality of your premium frozen products.
We do not offer a shipping option for Sides or Quarters.
