Deposit for a Quarter of Beef :
Quarters will weigh between 120 - 140 pounds of boxed cuts each and are priced at $9.00 per pound. This deposit secures your order for a quarter to be picked up at our warehouse.
Final payment invoice will be sent after quarters are weighed and inventoried and is due before pick up at the Diamond A warehouse in Dime Box, Texas.
How much freezer room will I need for a side?
You can plan on needing around 5 cubic feet of freezer space for a quarter of beef.
How do I transport my side?
Your quarter of beef will be frozen solid and tightly packed in heavy cardboard boxes. These boxes are ideal for transporting your beef from our warehouse to your home. We suggest you transport the boxes in an air conditioned portion of your vehicle, and if traveling more than 3 hours cover with a heavy blanket to provide some insultation.

Chuck Roasts, Flat Irons, Sirloin Steaks, Sirloin Bavette, Flank Steak, Picanha, Tri Tip, Half Brisket, Short Ribs, Tenderized Round Steak and Cutlets, Third lb patties. Eye of Round Roast or Rump Roast. Plenty of 1 pound packges of our Premium Ground Beef.
